PIC: Parent Booster Club

The Parent Involvement Booster Committee is a group of parents who volunteer their time for the extras at St Mary High School. Our parent boosters have a long history in the school working at sports concessions, raising monies for field trips, sponsoring the Sports’ Dinner, planning the Spring Auction, and many other activities that enhance our school.

This group meets on Wednesday nights at 7:00pm at the school. All parents are welcome to attend. This is a great way to be involved and share in the St Mary High School Family.

Meetings this year will be held on October 26 (Craft Fair planning), January 11 (Spring Auction planning), and April 4 (Sports Banquet planning).

Scrip Program

The Scrip Card Program is a way of purchasing the gift cards that you already use/need through Saint Mary High School. With each card purchased, the school makes a significant profit. The profit earned can vary from 3-17%.

Orders are collected every other Monday in the office. You can print and fill out this form or use one online (the online form has more vendors to choose from). If you use the online option, you need our enrollment code: 8F45663126859. Please put your orders into the online cart, print out the form, and send it in to school.

Cards will be delivered by the end of the week. If you have any questions, please contact Patty Schweitzer at pschweitzer@stmaryhs.com.

Next Scrip Dates: January 9, 23; February 6, 27; March 12, 26; April 9, 23; May 7, 21; June 4.

Food Certificates

Many families have had great success with our grocery gift certificate program. We buy gift certificates to Stop and Shop, Big Y, and the Butcher Block in bulk and save 5% off the total cost. You buy the certificates from us in $20 increments – and 5% goes into your tuition account. Watch your tuition savings grow! If you spend $150 per week on groceries, you will save $390 towards your tuition. Some families have had great success with this program, and sell certificates to extended family members and friends. They have actually paid a full tuition with the food gift certificate program!
