Exams and End of the Year

The dates and times for Mid-Term Exams and Final Exams, along with the date of the last day of school will be announced during the year.

School Board Meetings

Meetings begin at 5pm in the Guidance Office and will be held on: September 21, October 19, November 16, February 15, March 15, April 12, May 17, June 14.

Parent Booster Club Meetings

Meetings begin at 7 p.m. in the Guidance Office and will be held on: October 26 (Craft Fair planning), January 11 (Spring Auction planning), and April 4 (Sports Banquet planning).

School Masses

Throughout the year, students will attend the 8:30am Mass at Saint Mary Parish. The dates for the 2011-12 school year are: August 30 (1:00), October 21, November 1, December 8, February 2, March 19, and May 17.

Serving Days at the Soup Kitchen

On the first Monday of each month at 4:00pm, students and staff serve at the Community Table in Westfield. The dates for 2011-12 school year are: September 5, October 3, November 7, December 5, January 2, February 6, March 5, April 2, May 7, June 4, July 2, August 6.
